Thank you for visiting our website

Community Baptist Church is a congregation of Bible believing Christians. We'd like to be the answer to Jesus's prayer in John seventeen that God be glorified. Christians be sanctified, our church be unified and this area be evanglelized.

Our church is built on the foundation of the Lord Jesus and supported by the five pillars that guide our faith and practice. These are: a high view of God, the authority of the scriptures, doctrinal clarity, personal holiness and spiritual authority.

As you navigate through the pages you will see the Ministries that God has placed in our church and some of the people who lead them. We would love for you to join us at any of the regualr services or special events.

If you are not familiar with the gospel or have questions about it, please call for a free CD or DVD that will make the gospel understandable..

We are a fundamental Baptist Church, independant of any hierachy or convention, but totally dependant upon our owner, the Lord Jesus, and doing our best to be the church he has designed us to be..

    Good Morning and Welcome

My prayer is that you had a joy-filled Christmas centered on Jesus.

Now our thoughts turn to 2009 and all that the new year holds. This is a good time for evaluation of 2008 and a realignment of priorities.

Develop some spiritual goals that are short, specific, and measureable; otherwise you will forget them and never know for sure if you reached them. Four areas where we all need to set goals are Bible reading and memorization; prayer as Jesus taught us; witnessing to the transforming power of the Gospel; and increased generosity in worshipful giving.

    A Special Thank-You

I want to say thank you every much for the generous gifts toward Donna and me. My birthday gift of $300 and our combined gifts of $300 for Christmas are as much appreciated as your thoughtfulness. We love you all very much and thank God for the opportunity to serve you.
